Who is this for?

My services are geared for online-based service providers. This is a great option for you if you’re a social media manager, accountant, OBM specialist, data specialist, tech integrator, copywriter, video editor, graphic designer, virtual assistant, virtual stylist or any other type of online service provider. Coaches, I can also help you! (just note that I currently don't offer setup for online courses).
 

How are you different from other graphic / web designers?

My end goal is your success and that’s why I help you put the right strategies into place. A lot of graphic / web designers skip this step or aren’t as thorough in this process. Each phase serves as a foundation for the next and that’s why I make sure we’re totally on the same page before moving forward. I see all of the pieces of your marketing as being connected and apply my well-rounded knowledge in each phase. This gives your online presence an edge over the competition.

I’ve heard of different marketing methods. How do I know this is the right fit for me? 

I specialize in the methods that apply to service providers. That means there's no need to worry about the marketing techniques that don’t apply or work well for you. You’ll still have options and I’ll guide you to the one that works best for you. 

What are the costs associated with the upkeep of my website? 

Having an effective website doesn’t have to be expensive. Costly platforms like ClickFunnels aren’t necessary for service providers. Email services for nurturing clients don’t have to be expensive either. Your cost could be as low as $9/year for a domain name and $19/month for hosting and support on the Showit platform. I’ll guide you to the most cost-effective solutions that work for you. 

How do I know your platform is best for me?
  

I have experience with different platforms including WordPress, Squarespace and Showit. Most service providers don’t need the complexity of WordPress, which comes with more upkeep. WordPress websites are also vulnerable to being hacked which can lead to website crashes in some cases. Squarespace is easy to use if you use their templates out of the box but I find it lacking in the level of customization you can do within their interface. I’ve found that Showit offers the best of both worlds in both ability-to-customize and ease-of-use. Showit websites allow for more creativity and a unique look. Because there is minimal to no hand-coding required for Showit, this also saves you on some of the website building costs. For these reasons, I recommend Showit and I now create websites exclusively on this platform. 

How do I know this will be worth my investment? 
  

If you’re just starting out and don’t have the budget for it, then I don’t recommend investing in a website just yet. Websites are great for when you’ve gained experience and feel ready to charge more for your services (generally going from the $20-30 range to $40-60+ hour range). A professional website communicates that your services are worth more.

I understand what it’s like to want to be careful before investing, especially as a solopreneur myself. Having a well-thought out strategy, brand and digital presence is proven to be effective for obtaining new high-ticket clients for service providers. You might need to put in some time and dollars but your efforts will be well worth it. I'll also give you guidance on free ways to start prospects on their digital journey to working with you. 

How do I know you will see my vision?   

We establish your business values and objectives during the strategy phase of working together. This serves as my blueprint for the branding and design process. A special blend of the values of both you and your ideal clients go into each design concept. I use my expertise to translate these ideas into visuals and we have open communication throughout each phase. I’ll bring a concept for your review, listen to your feedback and revise if another design concept is needed. Concepts are limited but I’ve found that all my clients are thrilled before they ever get close to that limit.

How do I know if the Done-For-You or the Do-It-Yourself approach is right for me?    

It depends on how much time and energy you want to invest. It also depends on your skill set and experience level, which can impact the amount of time involved and quality of your finished product. If you’re already busy and wanting to grow your business, you'll want to hire a pro.

What is your level of experience?   

Marketing has essentially been my one and only career. I’ve had a chance to work in multiple agencies alongside many talented people for over a decade. I’ve also gained so much relevant knowledge by investing in courses about digital strategy. Aside from my experience and educational background, I have a genuine passion for helping other service providers succeed. 

What are your payment options?

Payments are made in installations, generally half upfront and half on completion. We can also make other payment arrangements. You can pay by debit or credit.
